Equitable Production is the best gas company to work for around here. $50,000+ a year w/ no experience and no degree. Also a company vehicle is provided for EVERY employee.

They are VERY hard to get on with.

Equitable has lots of other companys doing drilling for them (I am thinking that SamJack is one of these)

I know Highlands drilling is a pretty good company to work for as well. Not the same perks as Equitable though.

The point is that they ARE good Jobs and at this point anyone that does not mind the work can step into a good Job (Much better pay wise than the call centers)

I've always heard that Equitable is EXTREMELY hard to get on with. One of my brothers friends finally got on with em here a few months back and he told my brother it took him about 3 years to get on there.

But getting on with a Drilling Co. that contracts to equitable may not be as tough.

Oh absolutely...It's a whole different type of work than sitting at desk and answering the phone though.

As bad as I hate to echo Burrhead, if people will do the physical labor, there are great paying jobs in the mining and gas industries around here.
